In the aforesaid affidavit, it has been stated that the appointment has been granted to the petitioner on the post of "Paricharak" (पिरचारक) by order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Kaushambi. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has joined duty yesterday at Uchch Prathmik Vidyalaya, Katari, Vikas Khand–Sarsawan. In view of the above, the relief as prayed has already been granted, therefore, nothing remains. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
