25.03.2025 1 Heard Mr. Vijay K. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Praveen Das, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State.
3 2 The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents R/3 to R/8 to produce entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case.
10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned authority/respondents
department
to investigate the matter of this writ by Class-II officer as per the CG.LRC Section 88. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashed the inquiry report dated 26/07/2019 submitted before the respondent R/6 C.E.O. Pali and inquiry report dated 14/11/2019 submitted before R/6 CEO. Pali, being Null and Waid. 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent R/3 the Collector to
order to pay the amount worked by Ex- Sarpanch in the village panchayat worked under the Panchayat Mad/Local fund/Bazar Tax Recovery. 10.5 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent R/3 the Collector to
order to pay, the amount worked by Ex- Sarpanch in the village panchayat under the Panchayat Mad/Local fund/Bazar Tax Recovery which is not paid till the date of time period of the petitioner as a Sarpanch. 10.6 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that there is an alternative remedy lies against the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, to which, learned State counsel has no objections. 4 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that there is an alternative remedy lies in favour of the petitioner, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty in faovur of the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy before the appropriate forum.
