Issue a writ of certiorari and quash and set aside the impugned election notifications bearing No./other/CR/946/2025-26 dated 01.08.2025 which was published on 25.08.2025 in the newspapers marked as Annexure-L issued by R4; b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct elections only after strict adherence to the bye-laws, the Indian Red Cross Society Act 1920, and due process, with adequate notice, complete member rolls, and member participation. c.
