At the time of hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at this stage his grievance will be addressed if his representation at page 27 which is dated 17.9.2024 is 2 2 considered by the respondent no. 3 herein. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation dated 17.9.2024 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order and by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law on hearing the parties.
