The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to consider his appointment in the light of circular dated 17.04.2023 (Annexure P-2) read with deployment offer letter dated 01.02.2023 (Annexure P-1). 2. Respondent No.2- Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (for short ‘HKRNL’) issued deployment offer letter dated 01.02.2023 whereby the petitioner was deployed with the intending organization i.e. Haryana Police at Hisar. He was appointed as Multi-Tasking Transport Personnel. The police authorities did not permit him to join because on the said date criminal proceedings were pending against him. The Trial Court dropped the proceedings against him vide judgment dated 16.03.2023. The petitioner claims that he should be deployed with respondent No.3 as proceedings against him stand dropped. He has filed representation-cum-notice dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) with the respondents. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that petitioner was deployed against an available vacancy. She further states that the petitioner will be redeployed as and when vacancy arises, provided he falls within the merit criteria and remains registered with HKRNL. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees with the aforesaid arrangement. 5. In the wake of statement of both sides, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to HKRNL to consider petitioner’s claim in accordance with law.
