Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the alleged impugned endorsement is a notice calling upon the petitioner to furnish the documents. The petitioner instead of furnishing the documents, approached this Court. He submits that, if the petitioner produced the documents as mentioned in the Annexure-D, the respondents would consider the same and pass an appropriate order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49617 WP No. 14968 of 2024 3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
