Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69185 of 2021. 3. Trial Court report reveals that the charge has been framed on 04.08.2022. All the ten witnesses as named in the charge-sheet have been examined. The 313 statement of accused has been accorded and the case is fixed for defence evidence. 4.
