Having regard to the fact that it is an old revenue suit filed by respondent no. 1 for partition of the joint holding in the year 2014, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Assistant Collector 1st Class, Jaspur to make endeavour to decide the Revenue Case No. 22/04 of 2014-15, within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
