JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that she being an un-authorized occupant of the house site in survey number 46 of Kadathanamale village Hesarghatta Hobli, Bangalore north additional Taluk, presently Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore Urban District, he made an application seeking regularization and accordingly, provisional grant order was passed by the Deputy Commissioner on 04.09.2012. Thereafter, the Tahasildar executed a registered sale deed in favour of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33809 WP No. 17804 of 2025 petitioner on 01.01.2013 and the petitioner has been paying property tax to the local authorities. The grievance of the petitioner is that Hakku patra has not been issued to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the 4th respondent- Tahasildar, Yelahanka Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether the facts stated herein above is true or not. 4. If it is found that the Tahsildar has indeed executed a registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner, then the Tahasildar shall proceed to issue Hakku Patra in favour of petitioner. 5. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order Ordered accordingly.
