Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sale notice dated 14.11.2025 was issued and cancelled as there was no bidders. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to settle the matter. 4. In that event, the respondent shall consider the case of petitioners and if he is entitled for any concession, the same shall be given to him. The petitioner may approach the bank and in that event, the respondent shall consider their case sympathetically. 5. Hence this writ petition having become infructuous.
