Guruprasad for R3 and R4 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection for clean my land comprised in Re-survey No.828/1, 828/2, 828/3A, extent of 4 acres and 2.0 cent situated at Karumandi Sellipalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2024 within a stipulated time. 2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner purchased a property comprised in Re-surey No.828/1, 828/2, 828/3A to an extent of 4 acres and 2.0 cents at Karumandi Sellipalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District by a registered sale deed. Since the 3rd and 4th respondents obstructed the cleaning process at the abovesaid land and intimidated the labourers and the petitioner, he lodged a complaint with the 2nd respondent on 04.07.2024 and the same was registered in CSR.No.852 of 2024. Thereafter he made a representation to the 1st respondent on 04.07.2024 seeking to provide police protection to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.22881 of 2024 himself and his labourers, since his representation was not acted upon, he filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for cleaning his abovesaid property 3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner in CSR.No.852 of 2024 was enquired and the same was closed. 4. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
