Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking transfer of Case No.317 of 2025 (Prabha Rajpoot Vs. Saurabh Verma) under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri to Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra. 3. It is contended that the respondent-wife is in job in Agra, and therefore, she will not face any problem in contesting the case at Agra. However, learned counsel for the applicant could not demonstrate that the applicant has any difficulty in contesting the case at Mainpuri. 4. In such view of the fact, no ground for transfer of Case No.317 of 2025 is made out. Consequently, the present transfer application is dismissed.
