Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that petitioner has approached this Court at a very belated stage, i.e., after after about 10 years of his retirement, by referring the documents annexed in this writ petition for release of his TA Bills. 3. He further submits that his representation was rejected on 22.03.2017, however, an appeal thereof though filed but it was not decided till date. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that according to instructions, no appeal is pending. 5. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh appeal within a period of six weeks from today, which will be decided by concerned respondent in accordance with law within a reasonable period.
