The instant petition had been filed for setting aside the result dated 07.08.2018 issued by respondent No.2-Haryana Staff Selection Commission. 2
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since there are certain disputed questions of fact that now arise for determination in the present writ petition and noticing that the same cannot be gone into by the High Court in exercise of its power under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate alternative remedies in accordance with law.
