Learned counsel for the opposite party-State submits that pursuant to the order of the Writ Court reasoned order has been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the salary has been calculated but there are certain discrepancies. In view thereof, he submits that the same may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said reasoned order.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission and development, the instant application is disposed of with a liberty as prayed.

Accordingly, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
