The present application is led by the applicant for enlarging him on parole leave on the ground of his own marriage. 2. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State. 3. Learned advocate for the applicant Ms. Gayatriba Jadeja submitted that the applicant’s marriage is scheduled on 30.11.2025 and that he has completed 7 years in jail. Having considered the ground mentioned in the application and considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 5. The application is partly allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on parole from 27.11.2025 to 04.12.2025 subject to his depositing Rs.2 lakhs before the jail authority prior to 27.11.2025. In addition to Rs. 2 lakhs, he shall also furnish a personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority. The applicant shall also mark his presence before the concerned police station every alternate day and surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the parole period. Rule is made absolute.
