Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given representation on 19.05.2025 claiming regular pension from the respondents and such representation is yet to be considered by them. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
