Case No. 402 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) & 317(5) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.S, 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Sumant Dixit, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 02.12.2024, on the basis of confidential information, garage of Bablu Ansari was raided and from there, 10-12 stolen motorcycles were recovered. 4. It is alleged that Bablu Ansari taken the garage on rent from the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he was the landlord of co-accused Bablu Ansari. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sumant Dixit, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Chauparan P.S.
