At that t'lme, Al developed acqua-lntanCe With the V-lCtim, and by making false Promises that he would marry her, had sexual contact with her without her will repeatedly whe-n the victim was aged about 16 years. Due to that, the victim became pregnant. she informed the same to A1. On that, Al asked the vict'Im tO come tO his house. A1, along w®lth A2, abused her by stating that they would perform her marriage w'lth Al and gave tablets tO the victim forcibly to `get her pregnancy terminated. As a result, the V-lCtim suffered stomachache and her pregnancy was aborted. The issue Was raised before the elders, but the accused did not care the words of the c---in7'--,. elders. Then the victim gave a report tO POliCe against Al to A4- r7 3) Heard. Perused the record. 4) Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the anticipatory bail application. 5) On a perusal of the material available 6n record goes to show that all the allegations are directed against A1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that Al was arrested and he was enlarged on bail and the petitioners were arrayed as accused for the reason that they are the parents and relatives of A1. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet was also filed, Since omnibus accusation is made against the Petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant the prayer of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6) Accordingly, in the event of the arrest of the petitioners/A2 to A4 with regard to this crime, they shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the sat-ls faction of the arresting police officials and and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. 7) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
