Mr. Manu Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, her client has challenged communication dated 20th June, 2025 having effect of cancelling of her client's income certificate (B.P.L.). On query he submits, the only difference between earlier communication dated 8th April, 2025 and impugned communication is that marble tiles were found in the house. He seeks interference. Mr. Krishna Mohan Mishra, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, there have been findings upon inspection and statements taken, including from petitioner. She has remedy of appeal. Writ Court should not interfere. We accept submissions made on behalf of State that impugned communication is a result of enquiry on facts. Petitioner has remedy in appeal.
