This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent no. 2, i. e. Naib Tehsildar Barokhar, Tehsil- Koraon Region & District-Prayagraj to decide the case no. 61 of 2025, Computerized Case no. T202502030900061 (Gayatri Devi & another vs. Ram Manohar) under section 34/35 of the U. P. Revenue Code 2006, accordance with law within a time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." It is contended that Case No.61 of 2025 (Computer No. T202502030900061), under section- 34 /35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2-Naib Tehsildar Barokhar, Tehsil- Koraon Region, District-Prayagraj. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2-Naib Tehsildar Barokhar, Tehsil- Koraon Region, District- Prayagraj to decide Case No.61 of 2025 (Computer No. T202502030900061), under section- 34 /35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
