Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri K. Janakirami Reddy, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri T. Bheemanna, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner has challenged the Order dated 03.01.2025 (Ex.P.1) passed by the District Panchayat Officer, Anantapur (Respondent No.3) by filing an Appeal before the District Collector, Anantapur (Respondent No.2) on 17.01.2025. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that vide Order dated 03.01.2025 (Ex.P.1), the District Panchayat Officer, Anantapur (Respondent No.3) has withdrawn the Cheque Power of Sarpanch and therefore, there is urgency in this matter and it is the incumbent duty on the part of the District Collector to dispose of the Appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit by directing the District Collector, Anantapur (Respondent No.2) to dispose of the Appeal filed by the Writ Petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today in accordance with law and communicate a copy of such Order to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein forthwith. 4 Needless to state that the District Collector is statutorily obligated to adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner, consider their submissions/objections and documents if any, before passing the final Order. 3 5. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to the Respondent No.2 within one week from today for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 7.
