In this petition, the petitioner has challenge the order dated 27.07.2023 to recalling PW1 for further cross-examination. The online verification of the said case the status indicating that main case is disposed of before the trial Court. 2. Vide order dated 28.07.2025, a conditional order was passed to the effect that if steps are not taken, necessary orders would be passed for dismissal of the petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30622 CRL.P No. 8593 of 2023 3. Despite the same, steps are not taken. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. 4. Hence, petition is dismissed for default. 5.
