ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for both the respondents. 2. The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, to consider the representation dated 24.10.2024 at Annexure-A given by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother Smt.Saraswathamma, was granted 38 guntas of land in Survey No.78 of Purasanahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk on 20.09.1980. 3. Attention of this Court is drawn to Annexure-D, which is a copy of the Saguvali chit issued in favour of Smt. Saraswathamma. At Annexure-E is the acknowledgment for having received the consideration/kimmath and the fee for phodi. However, it is submitted that the name of Smt. Saraswathamma was never mutated in the revenue records. Now after the demise of Smt.Saraswathamma, the petitioner,

who is the daughter of Smt. Saraswathamma has given the representation at Annexure-A.

The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the representation given by the petitioner, verify the grant records, and, if necessary, issue notice to all concerned, since Smt. Saraswathamma is no more and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law to pass necessary orders. 5. The entire process shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
