"Wherefore the Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to; i. Quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused no.7 in C.C.No.1684/2018 arising out of Crime No.29/2016 registered by the Mahadevpura Police Station, for the offences

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25212 CRL.P No. 7539 of 2025 punishable U/Sec.3, 4, 5 & 7 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act vide Annexure-D on the file of the MMTC-I, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru by allowing the present petition. ii. Pass other orders or to issue such other directions as deem fit the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be
disposed of quashing the proclamation warrant/attachment warrant/NBW issued against the petitioner and by permitting the petitioner to appear before the trial court on the next date of hearing and file an application seeking discharge which is to be directed to be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law.

4. Petition stands disposed of setting aside the proclamation warrant/attachment warrant/NBW issued as against the petitioner subject to the condition the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the next

Liberty is also reserved in favour of the petitioner/accused no.7 to file an application seeking discharge which will be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law. It is made clear that in the event the petitioner does not appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing in C.C.No.1684/2018, the Trial Court would be at liberty to re-issue proclamation warrant/attachment warrant/NBW as against the petitioner and proceed against him in accordance with law. The Trial Court is
