1. Learned Single Judge has rejected the appellant's writ after he was found medically unfit by the respondents for employment to the post of Sub-Inspector in Central Armed Police Forces. The medical test board as well as review medical test board found the appellant unfit for the post. There is nothing which is placed on record to create even semblance of doubt in the opinion of the medical board or review medical board. Unless there is any convincing material to suspect the credibility of the medical opinion this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction would not be justified in interfering with the expert opinion. Mere placing of reliance on certain medical reports suggesting that the Serum TSH etc was within the permissible limit would not be sufficient for this Court to interfere in the matter. In such circumstances, no interference is warranted in such appeal.
2. Special appeal lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 13.5.2025 RA Digitally signed by :- RAZIQ ALI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
