This petition is filed challenging the Draft Development Plan, 2035 in so far as it seeks to re-designate the zone of the subject land from commercial to agricultural zone. 2. This Court vide order dated 01.12.2017 issued notice to respondents. It is evident from the record that thereafter, a request was made on behalf of the petitioner to adjourn the matter and accordingly, vide order dated 07.02.2023, the matter was adjourned to 21.02.2023. Thereafter, the apperance on behalf of the petitioner was withdrawn by learned advocate and therefore, an order dated 06.10.2025 was passed issuing advocate’s notice to petitioner No. 1. However, as per the endorsement, the fresh advocate’s notice issued to the petitioner No. 1 could not be served since petitioner No. 1 was C/SCA/20601/2017 ORDER DATED: 01/12/2025 not found at the given address. 3. Since the advocate’s notice has been tried to be served to the petitioner No. 1 at the address given in the cause title and since the same could not be served and no efforts have been made by the petitioner to ascertain the status of this petition, and considering that the matter is of the year 2017, this petition is disposed of for want of prosecution at this stage with a liberty to revive the same in case of difficulty.
