BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 05.03.2025 Heard Shri MA Mazarbhuiya, learned counsel appearing on instructions of Shri AR Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. RB Bora, learned Standing Counsel, BTC. The cause of action pertains to a process for undergoing six months Records Class Course Training (RCCC training) which was published by a notice dated
24.01.2011. The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of participating in the aforesaid process, they were not given the benefit in the existing/probable vacancy of Lot Mandals/ Recorders.
Page No.# 3/3 Shri Mazarbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioners has, however, fairly submitted that though this writ petition was filed in the year 2019 and notice was issued on 08.04.2019, thereafter the petitioners are not in touch. He accordingly has expressed difficulties in prosecuting the present cause of action. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is closed as it appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the same.
