Permission, so prayed, is granted. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to move an application for V.R.S., as per law, and if such an application is moved for seeking V.R.S. within a week from today, respondents shall consider the same, preferably in accordance with law, within a month by a reasoned and speaking order.
