Learned counsel appearing for petitioners would submit that the sale deed dated 24.03.2022 was presented for registration, however the same is kept pending and no orders has been passed either registering / releasing the document or refusing the registration. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the pending document, viz., subject sale deed would be registered, if it is otherwise in order. If for any reason, registration is refused, a check slip would be issued after assigning reason, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioners. 5.
