Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this petition, the petitioner is assailing the Show Cause Notice dated 23.02.2018 and the Complaint dated 06.02.2018 (Annexure 'A' and 'B') passed by respondent Nos.2 and 1 respectively.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties, the remedy is available for the petitioner under Section 19 of The Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the petitioner herein is assailing the

Show Cause Notice dated 23.02.2018 and subsequent Order dated 23.03.2020 (Annexure 'G'), passed by respondent No. 2, it is open for the petitioner to exhaust the remedy of appeal as provided in the above Act. The said aspect of the matter was considered by this Court in Writ Appeal No.6482/2017 and connected appeals, disposed of on 05.07.2019. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is relegated to exhaust the aforementioned remedy in accordance with law. Therefore, I am of the view that, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
