The petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer for directing the respondents to conduct fair in pursuant to the F.I.R. dated 06.05.2006 giving rise to case crime no.65-A of 2006, under Sections 409, 410, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 218, 120-B and 34 I.P.C., P.S. Bansdih, District Ballia. Sri K.P. Pandey, learned AGA informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioner . Under the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of directing that till cognizance is taken by court below on final report, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioner pursuant to the impugned First Information Report.
