1. The petitioner seeks transfer. He is yet to make a formal application seeking transfer in the prescribed format.
2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file appropriate application in the prescribed format before the competent authority.
3. In the event such application is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with the prevailing Rules.
