ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of passing the order by the Special Court, the charge sheet has not been filed but now the charge sheet has been filed. Accused No.2 who is similarly placed to that of petitioner/accused No.1 has been granted bail by the Special Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Special Court seeking bail.
2. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition, with a liberty to file bail petition before the Special Court.

3. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file the bail petition before the Special Court. In case, such a bail petition is filed before the Special Court, the Special Court shall dispose of the same within one week from the date of filing the bail petition.
