Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is set to expire on 21.01.2025. 3. Issue notice. 4. Learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents on advance copy, accepts notice and submits that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 5.
