This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the conviction and sentence passed in Crl.A.No.134 of 2006 on the file of II Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa, for the alleged offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act.

Sri K.Naga Phanindra, learned counsel representing Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.2 by name N.Subrahmanyam, S/o Subbaiah, aged about 62 years died in the year 2018 itself. The 1st petitioner is the agency and the 2nd petitioner is the sole proprietor representing the 1st petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners furnished a photocopy of death certificate of the 2nd petitioner which shows that the 2nd petitioner died on
24.10.2018.
4. In view of the death of the 2nd petitioner being the sole proprietor of the 1st petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to the dismissed as abated.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also reported no objection for the above order.
6. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
