The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 22.4.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Court No. 1, Kanpur Nagar, in Case No. 1583 of 2023, whereby restoration application to restore the execution of maintenance case has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
