There being only name change, IA-2/2025 is allowed. Petitioner to carry out the amendment. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; A. Appoint a sole arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes raised by the petitioner against the respondent in respect of the breaches of the service agreement dated 15.04.2021 committed by the respondent, in accordance with clause 11.5 of the service agreement dated 15.04.2021 produced herewith at Annexure A. B. Grant costs of this petition to the petitioner, and C. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity. 3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for respondent submits that he has no objection for the appointment of the nominee of the petitioner as sole Arbitrator. Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Director, Arbitration & Conciliation Centre for doing the needful. iv. Since the order is passed in the presence of both the counsels, the counsels are directed to appear before the Director, Arbitration & Conciliation Centre without requirement of any notice at 2.30 p.m. on 03.12.2025. v.
