However, so far only an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- has been paid and the petitioner had not come forward to settle the balance arrears of maintenance. Hence, I do not find any necessity to further keep this criminal revision case pending. 3. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, confirming the order passed by the learned Family Court, Dindigul District in Cr.M.P.No.479 of 2022 in M.C.No.37 of 2019, dated 28.02.2025.
