The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in permitting the 7th respondent to erect Telecommunication infrastructure tower (TIT) at his house bearing D.No.28/607A, Baba Nagar, Satya Narayanapuram Road, Zakeer Hussain Nagar, Nellore City, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Sri Mohd. Islamuddin Ansari, learned counsel, filed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) dated 03.07.2025, stating that the Telecommunication infrastructure tower was not erected and no cause survives for adjudication. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since the Telecommunication infrastructure tower was not erected, no further orders are required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
