JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 22-07-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 vide order dated 08.08.2023 passed by Sri Diwakar Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 379, 325, 307, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed Cr. Revision No. 20 of 2024 before the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui challenging the order dated 08.08.2023 by which Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 were granted Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56079 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 bail. However, the learned Sessions Judge held that the criminal revision was not maintainable in law and, therefore, dismissed the same. 4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail granted to the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jamui. If such an application is filed, the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jamui shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of its filing. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the rival claims and all questions are left open to be considered by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jamui. 7.
