On the complaint made by him against the village Pradhan/ Respondent No. 3 under Rule 3 of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 on 26.07.2024. 2. It is argued that the aforesaid complaint was supported by an affidavit of the petitioner and though the considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the necessary order will be passed on the complaint made by the petitioner in accordance with law by the Respondent No. 2, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent N. 2/ District Magistrate, Gorakhpur to take a decision on the complaint made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, unless there is no legal impediment.
