Respondent No.2 – Education Oicer is directed to consider the proposal submitted by respondent No.3 – Utkarsh Prathamik and Uccha Prathamik Vidyalay, Sangola (Exhibit D) for grant of approval to the post of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. The proposal to be decided on its own merits. Deiciencies, if any, be communicated to the Management. The Management to cure/rectify the deiciencies within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of deiciencies. If approval to the post of the petitioner is granted, Shalarth ID be issued by the Deputy Director.
4. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
