This writ petition is filed against a notice dated 24.6.2025 issued by the Officer In-charge (Nazul), Nagar Nigam Prayagraj. The notice is challenged on various grounds. 2. The matter was deferred on the previous occasion with opportunity to the respondents to obtain instructions. When the matter is taken up today, Shri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Nagar Nigam Prayagraj, on the basis of the instructions obtained in the matter, submits that the Authority concerned be permitted to revisit the matter. For such purposes, the respondents undertake to withdraw the notice with liberty to proceed afresh in accordance with law. 3.
