In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the Registry had returned the papers for compliance and the C.V. In the meanwhile, the papers have got mixed up with another bundle in the chambers. It had also been stated that the delay is neither wilful nor wanton, for the bonafide reasons stated above. 3. Taking all the facts into consideration, the application stands allowed. The delay in representing the papers is condoned. 4.
