The following prayers have been made in the instant writ petition:- " i. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing to the respondents No.1 and 2 in compliance of the Government Order dated 01.05.2017 as well as directing private respondent not interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioner in Naglamalu Pargana- Shamsabad, Tehsil- Sadar, District Farrukhabad. ii. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 02.09.2024 for possession of the khasra No.373 by illegal encroachment to the respondent No.3 shall be decided within stipulated period." 2. Sri G.C. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions prays for dismissal of the petition as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to avail civil remedies. 3.
