Heard learned Counsel Mr. S.Das for the petitioner Gautam Namasudra who has filed this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for bail as he is behind bars since 31.01.2025 in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar PS Case No. 7/2025 under Sections 191 (2)/191(3)/190/329(3)/117 (2) / Page No.# 2/3 118(2) of the BNS. 2. Mr. D.P.Goswami, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor is present for the respondent State. 3. I have considered the submissions at the Bar. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant and his family members and the victim sustained simple injury. 5. It appears that bail may be granted to the petitioner. 6. The petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sribhumi subject to the following conditions: i) That the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation, ii) That the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. every fortnight till completion of the investigation, iii) That the petitioner shall refrain from committing any such offence of which he is alleged, iv) That the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission. 10. On breach of any of the above conditions, the jurisdictional Court/ Eleka Magistrate is at liberty to immediately cancel the bail granted to the petitioner. 11.
