The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition for a direction upon respondents to decide the claim of petitioner in the light of judgment/order passed by this Hon'ble Court as well as Hon'ble Supreme Court and Government order dated 12.06.2024 and re-fix the pension of petitioner with grant benefit of annual increment dated 01.07.2012, in accordance with law. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent no.2-Basic Education Officer, District- Ghazipur on the basis of instructions submits that the claim of the petitioner with respect to re-fixation of pension and grant benefit of annual increment has already been decided. on 16.07.2025. Accordingly, the matter has become infructuous. The instructions passed on to the Bar today, are kept on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not give a satisfactory reply to aforesaid. Accordingly, the preset petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that, in case the petitioner aggrieved by any wrong calculation being done by the authorities concerned, he is at liberty to file a writ petition.
