2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 376(2) (n) and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar.
3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. It appears that they were in live-in relationship for seven years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her.
4. Considering the fact that the parties were in live-in relationship for seven years, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024.
