This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 374 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 03.03.1987 in Sessions Trial No. 86 of 1985( State of U.P. Vs. Bachhu and others) passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bijnore whereby the trial court has convicted the appellant for four years rigorous imprisonment. 3. As per the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnore dated 30.09.2025, the sole-appellant namely Shafiq had died. 4. Since the sole appellant-Shafiq had died, the present criminal appeal is abated in view of the provisions applicable. 5. Accordingly, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having become abated. The record of the present criminal appeal is consigned to record. 6. The lower court's record, if already received shall be returned back to the trial court itself.
